How Churchfield Applies Grants Through the One Stop Shop

As a Registered SEAI One Stop Shop, Churchfield Home Services manages the entire grant process on your behalf.

Here is how it works when you upgrade through us:

First, we carry out your Home Energy Assessment. This allows us to design a tailored upgrade plan that meets SEAI requirements.
Once your plan is agreed, Churchfield applies for the relevant grants for you. Approval is secured before works begin.

Most importantly, the grant is deducted at source. That means the approved grant amount is subtracted directly from your contract price. You pay the net balance only.

You are not required to pay the full amount and then wait for reimbursement.

Churchfield manages the paperwork, compliance checks and final documentation submission to SEAI. This ensures everything is completed correctly and efficiently.
