All general queries made to the Churchfield Home Services Customer Care Team will be reviewed and responded to within 24hrs of receiving the request.
Out of Hours / Urgent Requests
In the event that a request is critically urgent or is in relation to a serious risk of Health and Safety and occurs outside the normal working hours, customers should report the matter by calling the company’s out of hours contact number.
