Role Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Skilled Operative to join our ventilation team to work on a wide range of energy efficiency retrofit projects in the Mayo/Sligo/Galway region, with the primary responsibility of carrying out electrical wiring, testing, and commissioning of heat pumps, solar PV installations, and mechanical extract fans, amongst other works

Key Responsibilities:
- Completing preparation works, including covering up and putting floor protection in place
- Coring of new background and permanent wall vents using wet and dry coring equipment
- Installation of background, permanent, and demand-controlled wall vents
- Installation of roof ventilation
- Carefully lifting floor finishes and installing ridged box ducting
- Installation of centralised ventilation fan units
- Reinstatement of all floor and wall finishes
- Cleaning up all work areas and making good
- Snagging and handover.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in general construction or a similar role
- Have previous experience or be familiar with the SEAI Codes of Practice
- Professional, honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Clean and tidy tradesperson
- Applicants must have good English
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- Full clean driving license (B)
